Recent years, electricity is generated with the imported supply of not only diesel oil but also natural gas in the combined cycle plants. Usage of natural gases for the power generators to provide energy for their power plants were then favored over fossil fuels due to its environmental friendliness of emitting more water vapour than carbon dioxide and hence, creating lesser pollution. Besides emitting lesser pollution, the CCPs also provide several advantages, namely:Waste or flue gas

Hence, this reinforces the emergence of the CCPs as the most favoured technology for power generations. In the industry today, there are generally two modes of CCP operations, namely the Simple Cycle Configuration and the Combined Cycle Configuration.
